Description

The Tortillaxpress TXM-20 manual Tortilla press is perfect for medium to high production volumes. Its heavy duty stainless steel construction and cam over lock make it fast, robust and easy to use. The press is ideal for Flour or Corn Tortillas and Flat breads.

Product Features

Heavy duty press - Presses a tortilla base upto 16" (405mm) in diameter

Output - upto 400 x 6" tortillas per hour

Cam over lock linkage keeps upper platen in pressing position until handle is lifted by the operator

Plate size is 16" x 20" (405 x 510mm)

Digital temperature controls and digital count down timer

Heated top and bottom plate prevents sticking, will help activate the yeast, aids dough flow and allows dough to be pressed straight from the refrigerator

Thickness of dough base can easily be adjusted

Painted white enamel finish with aluminium plates.
