Our stainless steel under-sink BIOTRAP® is especially suited for small to medium-sized commercial kitchens. Its compact design makes it highly versatile while meeting the strictest standards for waste water control. It requires no maintenance from staff, has no moving parts or filters, and consumes zero electricity.
The BIOTRAP-US-1090 has a 100L grease capacity. To allow for pipe fittings and connections, a minimum footprint of 1450mm x 450mm is required. A minimum head height of 500mm is required to allow access into the trap for cleaning.
