It uses a combination of microwave and convection technology to cook food with the speed of a microwave and the browning of a conventional oven – all up to ten times faster than a traditional oven.
It is as easy to operate as just making two touches on-screen, while Merrychef’s MenuConnect system also allows the cooking process for new menu options to be quickly and easily programmed.
The E2 has ventless cooking capabilities through a built-in catalytic converter, that reduces odours and removes the need for an expensive separate ventilation system. And if a problem ever arises, an in-built diagnostic system can help you have the oven up and running again quickly, so downtime is kept to a minimum.
