The Poker 75RV TN is fully automatic and comes with a fan-assisted cooling system. This ensures that the cabinet is able to provide a consistent temperature range of 1C to 10C. The range gives you the freedom to store a wide range of food items. To control the temperature, there is a mounted digital controller and temperature display on the unit. There is also an off-cycle defrost system that prevents the build-up of ice within the chiller.
You will have 5 adjustable shelves and the base to create the best displays for your cakes. Depending on the type of displayed food item, the shelves can be moved to give you more creative freedom and entice potential customers. A self-closing door with a pressure relief valve prevents problems during peak hours when the unit is may be subjected to repeated opening.
