The fully automatic unit comes with a fan-assisted cooling system that is designed to provide cool even temperatures for the preservation of delicate cakes and desserts. Temperatures provided range around -18C to +10C and are able to provide the right conditions for the preservation and freshness of your displayed items. To enhance the visibility of your food items, the unit has a heated double glazed glass and glass door.
The glass is heated to prevent condensation on the inside. It is also double glazed to help maintain the required conditions inside the chiller and freezer. The door is self-closing with a pressure relief valve for multiple opening. This way, you will not have to worry about accidentally leaving it open on busy days and compromising the display conditions within.
