Description

Giorik EME102X, 10 rack electric convection oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact size oven with increased power, humidity control and a 2 speed fan, it will take 1/1gn and 600 x 400mm trays making it ideal for "Bake off" use.

Product Features

Holds 10 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm containers at 75mm shelf centres

Easy to use analogue controls

Oven is fitted with adjustable humidity control

2 speed Cooking fans are fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!

2 Cooking fans and heating elements give fast recovery

Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.

Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting

Interior light

Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 270'C

All stainless steel construction

5 rack oven can be stacked on top using special stacking kit, please ring office for details
