Firex Easypan PMRDG200 gas boiling pan - direct heat, this cylindrical type boiling pan, allows you to boil products quickly and efficiently , ideal for vegetables, pasta etc. For delicate suaces, custards, Jams etc we would remommend using an "Indirect heat" version.
