The LightFry 12E Air fryer brings you the fantastic crisp tasty results of a standard fryer without the need for oil. Using a 2 stage cooking process the LightFry firstly cooks your produce using high temperature steam, doing so speeds up the overall cooking time. Secondly the Lightfry uses hot and more specifically, dry air to further crisp up the food. All this happens inside the fryers unique circular rotating cooking chamber. The combination of steam, hot air and circular motion result in evenly cooked, crispy delicious food. Once finished, simply extract the cooking chamber and rotate to empty your food into a GN pan of your choice.
